Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Hockey Federation invites sealed proposals on a single-stage two-envelope procedure from reputable authorized dealers, firms, suppliers, and manufacturers for the procurement, installation, commissioning, training, human resource support, and maintenance of a Hockey Performance Analysis and Athlete Monitoring Technology System. The project is based in Lahore, Punjab, and aims to establish modern technological infrastructure to enhance performance monitoring and athlete development capabilities across the federation. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List of the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid GST and NTN numbers registered with relevant sales tax or income tax departments. Interested authorized dealers, firms, and suppliers may download bid documents from the official Pakistan Hockey Federation website or obtain them directly from the PHF headquarters in Lahore. Proposals must be received at the office of the Honorary Treasurer, Pakistan Hockey Federation, Lahore on or before 21st July 2026 by 10:30 am and will be opened at 11:00 am on the same date in the Committee Room of the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, 2nd Floor, Kohsar Block, Islamabad.
