Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Irrigation Department, Faisalabad Division LCCW invites sealed tenders under single stage-single envelope procedure for slide protection and rehabilitation of Narang Duty Dam in District Faisalabad. The work is estimated at 764,964,636 Pakistani Rupees with earnest money of 38,248,201 Rupees and is scheduled to commence on May 7, 2026 with a time limit for completion. This tender is issued under the Single Envelope holding procedure from engineering firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council with CE-04 code, following the tri-annual market rate system on PPRA e-Training system and E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System as per PPRA Rules 2014.
Only contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with specialization code CE-04 and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered with Punjab PPRA and possess valid government receipts for professional tax payment, CNIC endorsement or renewal fees, and registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority for the year 2025-26. All intending contractors must upload bid security or earnest money as Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt from any scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer, Faisalabad Division LCCW and fill the online item rates on the EPADS website by July 13, 2026 up to 12:30 PM.
Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on EPADS website at www.punjab.eprocare.gov.pk and PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk free of cost. The Tender Opening Committee will meet at the office of Chief Engineer, Faisalabad Irrigation Zone on July 13, 2026 at 01:00 PM where all bids will be retrieved and evaluated. Contractors must attach valid PEC registration certificate for 2025-26 along with government receipts and PPRA/FRA registration with the bidding documents.
