Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids from experienced vendors for a three-year regional frame contract to supply, install, test and commission permanent earthing solutions (PES) for all types of telecom sites and equipment. The scope covers PTCL indoor exchanges, outdoor mobile site access gateways (MSAGs), optical network units (ONUs) and wireless base transceiver stations (BTS) across PTCL's Business Zone Central. The contract area encompasses Lahore Telecom Region North (LTR-N), Lahore Telecom Region South (LTR-S), Central Telecom Region (CTR), Gujranwala Telecom Region (GTR), Faisalabad Telecom Region (FTR), Multan Telecom Region (MTR), and Sialkot Telecom Region (SLTR) in Punjab, Federal area. This is a demand-based frame contract where PTCL shall issue purchase orders on need basis without guarantee of minimum quantities during the three-year contract period.
Bidders must possess relevant technical and operational experience in permanent earthing solutions for telecom infrastructure. Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory, and interested vendors must obtain and quote their assigned Vendor Registration Code (VR Code). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of a CDR or demand draft payable to PTCL OTR Lahore Region MCA. Bids shall be submitted in separate technical and commercial envelopes along with the bid bond, clearly marked with the tender reference number.

Sealed bids must be received by 11 July 2026 and should be marked as Technical Bid, Commercial Bid, and Bid Bond respectively for tender R-PROC.3-2026/3181-3. All rates must be inclusive of taxes except GST/PST. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids without liability.
