Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the procurement of thermometers and hydrometers for central region aviation stations under RFQ number AM-19764YP. The procurement covers supply of ten thermometers and ten density meters to Lahore Aviation Station, six thermometers and six density meters to Multan Aviation Station, three thermometers and four density meters to Sialkot Aviation Station, and four thermometers and six density meters to Faisalabad Aviation Station in Sindh province. All thermometers must be ZEAL brand or equivalent with specifications including minus ten to plus one hundred ten degree Celsius reading range, IP 64C/ASTM E1 No. 12C standard compliance, zero point two degree Celsius scale increments, and plus or minus zero point two degree Celsius accuracy. Mercury in glass thermometers are not permitted. Density meters must be ZEAL brand or equivalent L50SP/M50SP series meeting ASTM 1298, IP 160, ISO 3675, and BS 718 standards with reading range of zero point seven five zero to zero point eight zero kilogram per liter and plus or minus zero point zero zero one kilogram per liter accuracy.
Vendors must be capable of supplying genuine items in original manufacturer packing with complete technical documentation and calibration certificates. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all government taxes and transportation charges to respective aviation stations. Items are subject to inspection by station in-charge before payment, and part payment is not allowed. PSO reserves the right to reduce or increase quantities after bid opening as deemed necessary. If the supplier fails to complete delivery within the stipulated timeframe of ninety days after purchase order issuance, a penalty of zero point one percent of total order amount per day will be imposed with a maximum of ten deductions.
Quotations must be submitted by fourteen July two thousand twenty six. Vendors should obtain bid documents by contacting PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi at telephone numbers zero two one nine two zero three eight six six to eighty five or facsimile zero two one nine two zero three seven nine six. Acceptance of quotations and final award is subject to PSO evaluation criteria and budgetary considerations. Vendor shall provide calibration certificates for four hydrometers and four thermometers to ensure dedicated certificates at each respective location.
