Description / Scope of Work
Wah Industries Limited, Packages Factory, a production unit located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the local procurement of MS Wire, Rivets and Toggle Pin 3mm as per detailed specifications provided in the tender document. The tender enquiry reference number is 15-LP-MS WIRE, RIVETS & TOGGLE PIN 3MM-WIL-PF-2025-26. All supplies must be delivered free to Packages Factory adjacent to POF Barrier 01 in Sanjwal Cantt. This is a single stage two envelope bidding process with technical and commercial offers submitted separately.
Eligible participants must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and shall furnish Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 through Pay Order and bid money of Rs. 60,000 in the form of CDR or Pay Order drawn in favour of the CEO/MD Wah Industries Ltd. Both the tender fee and bid money must accompany the technical offer. An advance sample of the offered items must be provided with the technical offer. Quotations must remain valid for at least ninety days from the tender opening date and should hold good for reduced, short closure, or enhanced quantities without notice. Conditional or alternative offers will be ignored.
Sealed quotations must reach POF Bids Centre through airmail or courier before 11:30 hours on 15 July 2026. Hand-delivered bids must be received thirty minutes before opening. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 hours on Wednesday, 15 July 2026, at POFs Bid Centre (Room No. 02) behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt. The successful bidder shall provide a Performance Guarantee at the rate of ten percent of contract value. Payment of one hundred percent will be made after receipt and acceptance of stores at Packages Factory.
