Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed technical and financial bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for the purchase of air conditioning units for its Group and Pension Lahore Zone office. The tender encompasses procurement and complete installation of four floor-standing cabinet units of 4.0 ton capacity with inverter technology and one split-type air conditioner of 1.5 ton capacity, both featuring heat and cool functionality. The equipment must meet T3 climate class specifications, include anti-corrosion gold fin technology, 100 percent copper winding, and long connecting pipes as per site requirements. Delivery and comprehensive installation, including dismantling of existing old air conditioners, must be completed at Group and Pension Lahore Zone, 15-A Davis Road in Lahore, Punjab. The scope includes all fitting materials, electrical work, iron frames, drain pipes, circuit breakers, and refrigerant coopers as per site needs.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and have their own office and telephone facilities in Lahore. Registered firms eligible for e-procurement on the EPADS system are invited to participate. Bid security of Rs. 56,000 must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or pay order payable to State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. The most advantageous and technically qualified bid will be accepted in accordance with PPRA rules. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee of five percent in the form of a bank guarantee valid for the entire warranty period.

Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS system by 10:00 a.m. on July 17, 2026, and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. Vendors are compulsorily required to visit the site to obtain exact cost estimates before bidding.
