Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids through the EPADS electronic bidding system for the supply of grinder parts and external clump. The tender enquiry number is FCS/SOA/TE/047/26, dated 29 June 2026, with closing and opening scheduled for 17 July 2026 at 15:00 and 15:30 hours respectively. The equipment is required at the SNGPL Soan Camp, Dhamyal Road, near Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village in Rawalpindi District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies and sales tax at the standard rate of 18 percent unless otherwise specified.
Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers with valid GST and National Tax Number certificates. A professional tax clearance certificate is mandatory. Each bidder is required to submit a bid bond in original (hard copy) form before the closing time of 15:00 hours at the address of the Senior Officer (Procurement), SNGPL Soan Camp, Rawalpindi. The offer must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public bid opening, and must present an authority letter as per the specimen provided. Bids submitted through EPADS must include all required appendices including general terms, schedule of requirements and delivery, technical specifications, price term sheet, bid bond specimen, performance bond specimen, questionnaire and commercial sheet, certificate of full disclosure and non-collusion, and evidence of compliance with any alternative standards cited.
Bidders should obtain the complete tender document through EPADS and submit their sealed bids electronically by the deadline. The tender documents comprise ten appendices covering general terms, delivery schedules, technical specifications, pricing templates and bond formats. Payment shall be made within 30 days of goods receipt except where materials are received subject to approval, in which case the 30-day period commences from the approval date. SNGPL reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15 percent or cancel the enquiry in whole or part.
