Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PAKRE), a Ministry of Commerce entity, is inviting international bids for the procurement of Non-Marine Catastrophe Excess of Loss (CAT XOL) Treaty insurance coverage for the private layer. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted through international competitive bidding using a single-stage two-envelope process. The tender covers reinsurance treaty placement for PRCL's non-marine catastrophe exposures, with specific focus on the 2025-26 private layer expiring contracts and CRESTA 2026-27 coverage. The procurement is based in Karachi, Sindh province, and encompasses technical and financial services related to insurance treaty structuring and placement.
