Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PAKRE), operating under the Ministry of Commerce, invites international bids for procurement of Non-Marine Catastrophe Excess of Loss (CAT XOL) Treaty top layer insurance coverage. This is a non-consultancy service procurement conducted through a single stage two envelope bidding process. The tender is for securing reinsurance protection covering catastrophe risks for the non-marine portfolio of PAKRE. The scope encompasses the provision of professional reinsurance brokerage and underwriting services to structure and place appropriate XOL treaty protection at the top layer level.
