Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-II, Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the completion of balance work at GPS Ayub Khan Kalli. This project is funded by Tobacco Cess in tobacco-growing regions under Development Initiatives Funded by Tobacco Cess, with ADP reference number 1742/250730 (2025-26) (PK-52). The estimated cost of project execution (PEC) is Rs. 10.500 million with a tender fee of Rs. 3,150, and the work is to be completed as per the existing work order. The project is located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and represents infrastructure development initiatives in the tobacco-growing regions of the province.
All prospective bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under the Finance Act, 2013, and possess valid PEC License and C&W Enlistment certificates for the current financial year. Bid security is required in the form of a CDR (Certificate of Deposit Receipt) at 0.03 percent of the estimated cost, and bidders must submit the completed security details including bank name, CDR number, and date electronically along with the e-bid on the EPADS system. All participating contractors must submit updated FBR (Active Status), KPRA (Active Status), PEC License, and C&W Enlistment copies on the opening date of tenders. Bids should be submitted in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on a single-stage single-envelope procedure through the EPADS system.
Bid solicitation documents and instructions to bidders can be downloaded one day prior to the opening date from the EPADS platform (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). The last date and time for submission of e-bids is 14-07-2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening scheduled for 14-07-2026 at 12:30 PM. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-II.
