Description / Scope of Work
The Wildlife Division, Bannu Forest Department in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for the supply of animal and bird feed to Bannu Pheasantry and Wildlife Park Lakki Marwat for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement concerns the supply of fifteen categories of feed items including Bajra (Pearl Millet), Wheat, Poultry Feed, Gurr, Onion, Garlic, Spinach, Gram (Chickpea), Dry Bread, Mix Feed, Wanda, Green Feed, Barley, Wheat Straw, and Salt stone, with estimated quantities and delivery throughout the year. The total contract value is approximately Rs 4,800,000 with individual item quantities ranging from 145 kg to 18,000 kg. Tender reference EPADS has been published through the KPPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) portal for competitive bidding.
Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA and possess valid business registration and tax documentation. Contractors are required to deposit 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of their offered rate as bid security. All feed items must be supplied fresh and of best quality, with substandard or faulty items subject to rejection and replacement on the same day. A penalty of Rs 5,000 to Rs 15,000 may be imposed for repeated supply of substandard feed. The successful contractor must execute a formal agreement with the procurement entity incorporating terms of reference for the contract duration.
Tender documents are available on the KPPRA website at https://kp.cprocure.gov.pk/ and through the Divisional Forest Officer, Wildlife Division, Bannu. Bids will be opened on 13 July 2026 at 12:00 PM in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer near Saddar Police Station, Bannu. Tender submission deadline is 11:00 AM on the same date. Interested contractors should submit sealed bids with complete rate details for all items. All federal and provincial taxes are to be included in quoted rates, with variations subject to government notification.
