Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila, operating under the Supply Chain Management Directorate, invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers for the manufacturing of 25 composite products under Category-1. The procurement is issued on FOR (Free on Rail) basis with a delivery period of four months after contract signing. The tender is being conducted in accordance with PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules, and tender documents are available on the PPRA website for download by interested bidders in Punjab.
Bidders must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and must demonstrate eligibility through submission of pre-qualification certificates, audited financial statements for the last three financial years, attested bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO or Director, and a no-debarment certificate issued on judicial paper worth Rs 100. Distributors and agents must provide evidence of trade links with the original equipment manufacturer. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favour of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila, serving as bid security.
Bidders must submit sealed bids by 07 September 2026 at 1030 hours to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila Cantt. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 1100 hours. All submission documents, including registration certificates, audit reports, bank statements, attested CNIC copies, trade links (where applicable), and no-debarment certificates must accompany the bid.
