Description / Scope of Work
The PHE Department Kohat Division invites electronic bids through E-PADS for the rehabilitation and development of drinking water supply schemes across multiple projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Six works are being procured under this single stage single envelope tender, including rehabilitation of DWSS Warshand, Sheikh Biland Banda, Banda Fateh Khan, and Muslim Abad under the KADP programme, along with DWSS Bazid Khel projects under ADP 150206. The total estimated costs range from Rs. 1,165,931 to Rs. 9,955,000 per project, with a combined value spanning critical water supply infrastructure development across the Kohat region of the province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant civil engineering category (CE-09) with valid and active certificates, and must possess Provincial Works Departments Certificate of Enlistment. All contractors are required to maintain active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and hold an Active Taxpayer Certificate from FBR. Bid security in the form of call deposits plus additional duty is mandatory for each project, ranging from Rs. 27,320 to Rs. 208,100 as specified. Bidders must demonstrate adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personal capabilities, and required equipment as detailed in the invitation for bids.
Bidding documents must include photocopies of CNIC, valid PEC Registration Certificate, Enlistment Certificate, and Active Taxpayer Certificates. The bid submission deadline is 16-07-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 2:00 PM on the same day in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Bid Security in original, Additional Security in original, and detailed rate analysis must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the closing time to the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Kohat, as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O.
