Public Health Engineering Division, Nowshera, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites competitive bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for annual maintenance and repair civil works on existing water supply schemes across two sub-divisions in Nowshera for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises two separate contracts: Sub Division No. I with an estimated cost of PKR 10.00 million and Sub Division No. II with an estimated cost of PKR 15.00 million, totalling PKR 25 million in scope. These are recurring annual maintenance contracts essential for sustaining water supply infrastructure across Nowshera district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA), Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category with specified codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN status. Bid security of PKR 0.240 million plus stamp duty is required for Sub Division No. I and PKR 0.340 million plus stamp duty for Sub Division No. II. The procurement follows Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014.

Bidders must submit both technical and financial bids through EPADS file uploading before 11:00 AM on 28 August 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Opening date for financial bids shall be announced after technical evaluation.
