Description / Scope of Work
Benazir Bhutto Shaheed DHQ Teaching Hospital Abbottabad invites e-bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) for the provision of washroom services for the financial year 2026-27. Two separate contracts are being tendered under single stage single envelope bidding procedure: washroom services for BBS DHQ Teaching Hospital Abbottabad and washroom services for Women and Children Hospital Abbottabad, both located in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope includes repair, maintenance, and management of washroom facilities at both hospitals, including replacement of sewerage lines, accessories, and related items. Bidders are invited to submit monthly rent quotations on an exclusive basis of all applicable government taxes. The call deposit for each work is fixed at two percent of the quoted rent amount.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and General Sales Tax, and must possess valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Bidders are required to submit original Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) for each work to the hospital office on or before the bid opening date and time. The successful bidder shall be bound to charge a fixed rate of Rs. 20 per person for use of washrooms and shall deposit six months rent in advance. Manual bids shall not be accepted and all required supporting documents must be scanned and uploaded through e-PADS.
E-bidding documents are available for registered bidders on the e-PADS platform at https://eprocure.gov.pk. The deadline for submission of e-bids is 22 July 2026 at 12:30 PM, with electronic opening of bids on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Quoted rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027 or till finalization of the tender for the next financial year. The successful bidder will be responsible for all repair and maintenance work as identified by hospital authority and the contract may be extended for an additional one year period subject to satisfactory performance and approval.
