Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Building Division Haripur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites tenders through the E-PAD system for the reconstruction of 300 government schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The project comprises two separate contracts: GPS Sikandarpur with an estimated cost of Rs 11.090 million and GGMS Pathan Colony with an estimated cost of Rs 7.300 million. Each contract involves the reconstruction of 100 primary schools, 100 middle schools, and 100 high schools on a need basis, undertaken at the risk and cost of the original contractor. The works fall under ADP No. 200131 and are being advertised on single stage single envelope procurement basis in accordance with KAPPRA procurement rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid C-6 category Professional Engineering Council (PEC) enlistment updated at the time of bid submission and be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013. Bid security is calculated at 2 percent of the Engineer's Estimate for bids quoted up to 10 percent below estimate. Bidders submitting quotes more than 10 percent below estimate up to 20 percent must provide additional security of 8 percent plus the 2 percent bid security. For bids more than 20 percent below estimate, contractors must submit additional security equal to the differential amount along with detailed rate analysis. Tender form fee of 0.03 percent on Engineer's Cost must be deposited online along with earnest money.
Bidding will be conducted entirely through the E-PAD system with financial bids submitted online before the closing deadline of 09 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. No CDRs will be considered after the deadline. Electronic bids will be displayed by the online E-PAD system 30 minutes after closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. The period of completion is as per work order for each respective location. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and possess all required C&W Department and PEC enlistments.
