Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration ShahAlam, Peshawar invites sealed tender bids for the fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sanitation vehicles under the 1st Bi-Annual procurement cycle of MRS-2025. The scope of work comprises three separate items: fabrication and installation of three hydraulic mini dumper bodies on Changan Sherpa Power EA-12 1.2L chassis provided by the procuring entity; fabrication, supply and installation of two heavy-duty tractor trolleys compatible with Al-Ghazi Tractor NH-4805; and fabrication and installation of one front-end loader and backhoe attachment on an Al-Ghazi Tractor Model NH-850 85 HP 2WD supplied by the procuring entity. All amounts, quantities and earnest money are to be quoted by the successful bidder. This procurement is being conducted in ShahAlam, Peshawar, KPK Province under the supervision of the Tehsil Municipal Officer.
Eligible contractors, fabricators and manufacturers must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, Local Council Board, KPPRA and maintain active status with the Federal Board of Revenue as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Bids are invited on the basis of Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 section 14(2b). Bid security must be submitted as a call deposit in favor of the TMO ShahAlam, Peshawar, with clear scanned copies uploaded on the e-PADS system. All bids must comply with mandatory requirements; non-compliant bids will be declared non-responsive and excluded from technical evaluation.
Bid solicitation documents are available for download from the e-PADS portal at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk and the KPPRA website following publication of the NIT. Interested bidders must submit both technical and financial bids through e-PADS and also send sealed envelope copies via registered courier to the Office of TMO, Tehsil Municipal Administration, ShahAlam, Peshawar near Bacha Khan Markaz before the closing deadline of 15th July 2026 at 12:30 PM. Technical bid opening will occur on the same date at 2:00 PM, with the financial bid opening date to be announced following technical evaluation. Bid validity is 120 days from the closing date. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA Act 2012 and applicable rules.
