Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Abbottabad invites electronic bids for the procurement and fabrication of solid waste machinery under the single stage two envelope method of KPPRA Rules. The tender scope includes supply and fabrication of two front end loaders with backhoes, four mini tippers with capacity of 1 to 1.5 cubic meters, and three tractor trolleys, all as per specified technical requirements and complete in all respects. The chassis for these machines shall be supplied by TMA Abbottabad. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the solid waste management infrastructure in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and interested manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms are invited to participate.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk and possess valid NTN, GST registration, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility comprising sale, service and spare parts availability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A bid security of two percent of the total bid price in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Abbottabad is required and must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the closing deadline. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes and stamp duties as per government rules shall be applicable to the quoted rates.
Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal on or before 15 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids being opened on the same day at 2:00 PM. All rates shall be quoted on a free on rail basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to the TMA staff.
