Description / Scope of Work
The Children's Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for outsourcing computer printer services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for the provision of comprehensive printer maintenance, servicing, and supply solutions to support the hospital's operational requirements in Lahore, Punjab. The procuring agency reserves the right to evaluate bids on factors beyond price, including previous performance, technical capabilities, financial soundness, and engineering expertise as deemed appropriate.
Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments. Eligible bidders should possess at least three years of experience in the relevant field. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of an irrevocable Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or banker's cheque must accompany the technical proposal. Bidders are required to submit copies of their computerized National Identity Card, national tax number, general sales tax registration, Punjab Revenue Authority Certificate, and an undertaking on legal e-stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted. All bidding documents must be properly page-marked, signed, and stamped by authorized representatives.
E-bids shall be submitted online on or before 14-07-2026 at 11:00 a.m. on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://punjab.eproctire.gov.pk and shall be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. Bids remain valid for 210 days from the date of opening of the technical bid. The bidding document is available on the PPRA website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk, e-PADS portal, and The Children's Hospital website https://chich.edu.pk.
