Mayo Hospital Lahore invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of medical gases during the financial year 2026-27. This is a critical supply contract for essential medical gases required for hospital operations across various departments and clinical services. The procurement is open to eligible suppliers and vendors who meet the specified qualification criteria and technical requirements. The bidding process is governed by the Public Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, along with policies and guidelines issued by the Government of Punjab and the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department. Bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees on a free delivery to consignee basis, inclusive of all ex-work, transportation, and storage charges to the hospital's location near Nila Gumbad in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must possess FBR registration or income tax registration, a valid company registration certificate, and must provide an attested copy of the CNIC of the authorized signatory. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, pay order, or bank draft from any scheduled bank. The bid security shall be item-wise; however, if a bidder opts to bid for multiple items and submits lump sum bid security that is less than the required amount, the entire bid will be rejected. Bidders must also provide an undertaking that they are not blacklisted and that their offered product specifications match both the advertised specifications and those notified by DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan). A performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder.
