Description / Scope of Work
Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites e-bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for a framework contract to supply stationery store items on free delivery to consignee basis for the financial year 2026-27. This is a multi-lot procurement covering eight categories: Medical Misc Items, General Store Items, Sanitary & Electric Store Items, Linen Store Items, Equipment & Instrument Store Items, Computer Stationary Store Items, Stationery Store Items, and Printing Store Items. The procurement shall be governed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) and conducted through single stage, two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 38(2)(A). The estimated total bid security requirement is approximately 42.7 million Pakistani Rupees at 2% of total estimated cost across all lots. Bids must be submitted online on the E-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk before 19-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical proposal opening on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority on the E-Procurement system and hold relevant registration with Tax Departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Firms must upload bidding documents signed and stamped, along with bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee at 2% of total estimated cost in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Original bid security documents must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee in the Conference Room, 1st Floor, MCH Block, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore, before or on the bid opening date. Failure to submit original CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee within stipulated time will result in disqualification and ineligibility. Bidders are requested to provide best and final prices with GST included.
Request for proposal documents containing detailed requirements, forms and conditions are available for registered bidders on the E-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted exclusively through E-Procurement; the Procuring Agency shall not be responsible for any failure due to technical errors or internet floor. In case of corrupted, unreadable or virus-infected e-bids, or bids submitted in wrong lots, such submissions will be rejected. All taxes will be applicable as per rules of the Government of Punjab.
