Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, invites proposals from consulting firms to undertake Third Party Validation (TPV) services for multiple PSDP (Public Sector Development Programme) projects. The procurement covers validation of six major railway development initiatives including the Thur-Gol Rail Connectivity project, procurement and manufacture of high-capacity bogies and passenger coaches, special repair of diesel electric locomotives, immediate track safety works, and rehabilitation of track maintenance machines. Consulting firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Federal Board of Revenue, possessing Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status and Pakistani Railways registration for engagement with railway projects across Federal locations.
