IGNITE is tendering for external auditors for FY 2026-27 under a two-envelope national process.
This appears to be an annual recurring procurement for a technology sector public fund. Bidders must be qualified audit firms with demonstrable experience in technology and innovation sector audits. The appointment is for one full financial year. Competition is likely to be moderate; tight submission deadline (August 26, 2026) leaves limited preparation time for interested firms.
Who can bid: Bidders must typically be registered with the State Bank of Pakistan or relevant regulatory body as eligible external auditors, hold valid ISO 9001 certification or equivalent quality management accreditation, and possess no conflict of interest with IGNITE. Firms must not be on any regulatory debarment list. Specific category requirements are detailed in the bid data sheet.
