College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed applications from well-reputed and experienced contractors for hiring of a contractor for maintenance and rehabilitation services at the new extension block of CPSP Regional Center Lahore in Punjab province. The scope of work encompasses maintenance and rehabilitation of nine guest rooms at the newly constructed extension facility. Firms with specialized expertise in office and educational building maintenance and rehabilitation are encouraged to apply according to the published guidelines and technical specifications outlined in this tender notice.
Interested contractors must meet mandatory eligibility requirements including a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar projects with documentary evidence of previous work completion including costs, locations, and timelines. Applicants are required to submit audited balance sheets for the last three years demonstrating financial stability, valid tax registration (FBR) with current income tax clearance, valid professional licensing through PEC or PCATP registration, and a non-blacklisting affidavit confirming no litigation or blacklisting status. Terms of Reference (TORs) can be obtained from CPSP headquarters in Karachi or the Regional Centre Lahore upon written request for a fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable), payable to College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan.
Technical proposals must include company profile with permanent address and contact details, legal status documentation, experience records with similar project details, client satisfaction certificates, current workload information, and financial stability proofs. Sealed bids on prescribed tender forms with earnest money deposits must be submitted directly to the Projects Department at CPSP Regional Center Lahore, located next to Imdol Hospital, Block D, New Muslim Town, Lahore (telephone 042-99231320-8, ext. 140). The submission deadline is 28 July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
