Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) is inviting pre-qualification applications from independent auditors and audit firms for engagement as independent auditors. This pre-qualification exercise is referenced as IPL - 5676 and was originally published on June 05, 2026. The authority is based in Lahore, Punjab and operates from the CBD Complex at Old Walton Airport near Naval Base on Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road. The scope of services encompasses independent audit functions and related professional services as detailed in the pre-qualification document. Qualified applicants will be considered for inclusion on an approved panel of independent auditors for future audit assignments.
Eligible applicants must be registered audit firms, individual auditors, or joint ventures comprising qualified professionals with relevant experience in auditing and financial review. Applicants must demonstrate professional competence, financial stability, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. All applicants are required to provide documentation establishing eligibility including professional certifications, past experience records, financial statements, and undertakings regarding fraud and corruption. Joint ventures must submit information forms for all members and maintain conflict of interest disclosures throughout the process.
The pre-qualification document is available on the PCBDDA website at www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted by July 15, 2026 at 01:00 PM at the CBD Complex office in Lahore, with opening scheduled for the same day at 01:30 PM. Applicants should submit complete sealed applications in the prescribed format with all required supporting documents.
