The Government of Punjab invites consultant qualification selection (CQS) for hiring a Technical Service Provider (TSP) under Component 1.2 of the Punjab Resilient and Inclusive Agriculture Transformation project (Project ID P176786). This World Bank-funded initiative seeks to engage a qualified consulting firm to provide technical services in support of resilient and inclusive agricultural transformation in Punjab province. The contract is valued at USD 493,000 (signed contract price) with a duration of 13 months, funded through IDA Credit IDA-71640. The scope of work encompasses technical advisory services aimed at advancing sustainable and inclusive agricultural practices across the Punjab region.
Eligibility is open to consulting firms and organizations demonstrating significant technical expertise and prior experience in agricultural transformation, water management, and rural development projects. Bidders must meet the minimum qualifying score of 70 out of 100 in the technical evaluation, with assessment criteria including consultant-specific experience (10 points), methodology (16.5 points), key personnel qualifications (48.64 points), and financial proposal (20 points). Organizations must possess relevant credentials, financial stability, and proven capacity to implement similar projects at scale in Pakistan or comparable developing country contexts.
