Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) invites bids for the hiring of an insurance company to provide comprehensive group insurance services for PARC employees for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a non-consultancy service procurement conducted on a national basis using a single stage two envelope bidding methodology. The procuring entity is located in Islamabad, Federal Territory. The tender encompasses all required insurance coverage, administration, claims management, and related services as detailed in the service specifications and scope of work sections of this bidding document. The contract will be awarded to a qualified and eligible insurance provider meeting all prescribed criteria.
Eligibility requirements include valid insurance company registration and licensing in Pakistan, demonstrated financial capacity and net worth, clean record of contract performance, and absence of pending litigation.
