Description / Scope of Work
Wah Industries Limited, Packages Factory, a production unit located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of CCTV Cameras and accessories as detailed in the tender specifications. The tender enquiry reference number is 22-LP-CCTV INSTALLATION-WIL-PF-2025-26 and encompasses supply and installation of surveillance equipment to meet the facility's security requirements. Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the single stage two envelope method, with delivery on a free delivery basis to Packages Factory adjacent to POF Barrier 01, Sanjwal Cantt.
Suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and shall furnish Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate to be eligible for participation. Technical offers must be accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 and bid money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a CDR or Pay Order drawn from a Scheduled Bank in favour of the CEO/MD Wah Industries Ltd. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Guarantee at 10% of the contract value, to be submitted prior to contract placement and returned upon successful completion of the six-month period.
Sealed bids must be addressed to the Deputy General Manager (P & L), POF's Bid Centre (Room No. 02) behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt, and must reach the centre before 11:30 hours on 15-07-2026. Tenders received late will not be entertained. Hand deliveries must arrive 30 minutes before the opening time at 12:00 hours on Wednesday, 15-07-2026.
