Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Regional Director (ORD) in Gilgit-Baltistan is inviting sealed competitive bids for the procurement of various equipment, supplies and consumables for store operations. The tender comprises thirteen line items including medical and surgical supplies, ORD store equipment, miscellaneous supplies, and related consumables with an estimated total contract value of 31,000 Pakistani Rupees. This procurement is required to support ongoing store management and operational activities in Gilgit-Baltistan province.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant business registration authorities and hold valid tax registration certificates. A tender security amount must be submitted with each bid as per the specified schedule. Bidders should ensure compliance with all procurement regulations and provide documentation of their capability to supply the required items as per specifications and timeline.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Regional Director during normal working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on the closing date specified in the tender notice.
