Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites electronic bids for overall operation, maintenance and supply of spares on a need basis for electrical and allied facilities at IBA Boys Hostel Campus in Karachi, Sindh. This single-stage tender encompasses comprehensive maintenance services and spare parts procurement for the hostel's electrical infrastructure. The contract covers routine maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment servicing and the supply of necessary spares to ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical systems at the campus facility.
Bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with the relevant tax authorities and SPPRA EPADS. The bid security requirement is 2 percent of the estimated contract value, to be submitted as a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of IBA Karachi. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 is required, with the challan to be generated from the IBA website and deposited in any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. All bidders must be registered on the SPPRA EPADS platform to participate in this procurement process.
Tender documents are available at the Office of Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi, or can be downloaded from the IBA website and SPPRA EPADS system. A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM at IBA Boys Hostel. Bids must be submitted through the SPPRA EPADS system (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by July 22, 2026 at 2:30 PM, with original bid security and supporting documents delivered to IBA before tender opening at 3:00 PM the same date.
