Description / Scope of Work
Al-Technique Corporation of Pakistan Limited (ATCOP) invites sealed bids from OEM authorized distributors, contractors, and firms registered with the Sales Tax Income Tax authorities for the supply and installation of a 250kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system in Lahore, Punjab. This tender is issued under reference TENDER NOTICE No. 04/2026 and follows a single stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be submitted as a single package containing two separately marked envelopes clearly labeled as Financial Bid and Technical Bid. The project scope encompasses complete supply, delivery, and professional installation of the UPS equipment at the specified location in Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be OEM authorized representatives or registered contractors with valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations. Bidders are required to submit a tender document fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) as a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or cash in the name of Chief Financial Officer, ATCOP Lahore. Technical and financial bids will be opened separately on the scheduled dates and times specified in the tender notice. Bids received after the stipulated closing date and time will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Tender documents are available from ATCOP Head (Admin) Office, PARAS Building, 18-KM Multan Road, Lahore, during official office hours (08:00 AM to 04:00 PM) on all working days except Saturdays and Sundays until July 14, 2026. Bids must be received through an authorized representative or registered post no later than the specified deadline.
