Karachi Metropolitan University invites sealed bids through E-Procurement online submission from registered firms for the purchase of specialized medical and dental equipment. The procurement includes an Anatomy 3D Virtual Anatomy Dissection Table valued at PKR 500,000 with a tender fee of PKR 3,000 and completion period of 03 months, as well as Dental Equipment valued at PKR 350,000 with a tender fee of PKR 3,000 and completion period of 06 months. Both procurements will be handled through single-stage two-envelope tender procedure. The university is based in Karachi, Sindh, and seeks qualified vendors with active registration with the relevant authorities including NTN and SBR registration.
Bidders must be registered firms with relevant experience and capabilities as per SPRA rules 2010 (Amended 2025). All bidders are required to submit Security and Tender Fee in the form of a Pay Order/Bank Draft made payable to Karachi Metropolitan University. The bid documents must be submitted online via the EPAD website with all required attachments including technical proposals and financial bids. Bidders must ensure they have never been blacklisted and do not have any litigation pending with the university.
Online bid submission for the Anatomy 3D Virtual Dissection Table opens on 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and closes on 16-07-2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 16-07-2026 at 10:30 AM. For Dental Equipment, submission opens on 30-06-2026 at 12:00 PM and closes on 16-07-2026 at 12:30 PM with opening at 16-07-2026 at 12:30 PM.
