Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority is issuing a tender for the procurement of telecommunications equipment and related goods for its operations in Punjab. The tender encompasses eight distinct parts covering KAREL IP-PBX and IP Phones with associated accessories and networking equipment, Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries rated 12V 100 Amp, spare parts and upgrading of RTN 950A Links, power equipment including a 40 Amp Rectifier and 30 kVA Automatic Voltage Switch, consumable stores and training aids, NOC equipment and services including servers, displays, air conditioning units, and safety furniture, as well as miscellaneous items and SAIC OMS spares. The total estimated procurement value ranges from 1,100 to 1,500 units across various categories with a combined budget expectation outlined in the detailed schedule of requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered vendors capable of supplying the specified equipment and services with valid business registration and relevant technical certifications. Interested parties are required to submit bid security as per government procurement regulations and possess necessary credentials for handling telecommunications and electrical equipment. All bidders must comply with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority's vendor qualification criteria and ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications for the equipment being supplied.
Bid documents are available upon request from the PTA office. Sealed bids must be submitted by 17 July 2026 with opening scheduled for 18 July 2026.
