Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO), a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, invites sealed bids from reputable insurance service providers for the hiring of comprehensive insurance services. The tender encompasses seven categories of insurance coverage including Medical Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Fire and Allied Insurance, Cash in Safe and Cash in Transit Insurance, Motor Insurance for vehicles including bikes and motor cars, Livestock Insurance, and Fidelity Guarantee Insurance. The scope covers multiple insurance products required by SRSO for operational protection and staff welfare across Sindh province. Qualified insurance service providers must submit complete technical and financial proposals in accordance with the specified procurement guidelines and requirements outlined in the Tender of Bids (TOR).
Eligible bidders must be registered insurance companies with proven experience in providing the specified insurance services. Interested participants are required to submit a demand draft or pay order of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) as bid security, and qualified firms must provide 2% bid security against the contract price, refundable upon successful completion of contract obligations. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes within a single outer envelope clearly marked to avoid confusion during evaluation and award processes.
Tender of Bids and complete details are available from SRSO's official website www.srso.org.pk for download from June 1, 2026 until July 15, 2026. Sealed proposals must be submitted by July 15, 2026 at 02:30 pm to the SRSO Procurement Unit at Shikarpur Road, Sukkur, and will be opened on the same day at 03:00 pm in the presence of bidders and authorized representatives.
