Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Club, the procuring agency, invites prequalification applications for establishment of an Open Framework Agreement for the supply of fresh beef and mutton over a three-year period. The framework agreement will be implemented through secondary procurement proceedings conducted every six months, with prequalified bidders invited to submit financial bids and compete for contract awards on a six-monthly basis. Only bidders meeting the lowest evaluated price and all technical and quality requirements will be selected. This procurement opportunity is open to eligible suppliers across Federal territory with the capacity to meet consistent supply schedules and quality standards for premium meat products.
Interested eligible applicants must submit their prequalification applications exclusively through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) in accordance with E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. A hard copy of application documents must also be submitted to the Islamabad Club Purchase Office by the deadline. The tender fee is non-refundable at PKR 5,000 and must be deposited to the specified bank account: Islamabad Club, Faysal Bank, Account No. PK81FMY000011320311161-45. The original deposit slip or receipt must accompany the Technical Proposal.
Applications must be submitted by 1200 hours on July 20, 2026, with opening of technical applications scheduled for 1230 hours the same day at Islamabad Club. Prequalified applicants will participate in six-monthly competitive bidding under the framework agreement.
