The Local Government and Rural Development Department, KPK, invites sealed tenders for three civil works projects in Amangarh under the Provincial Annual Development Programme. The first scheme involves tarf tile and street pavement works with an estimated cost of PKR 55.00 million; the second covers installation of steel lights at an estimated cost of PKR 19.00 million; the third is construction of green belts with an estimated cost of PKR 5.00 million. These infrastructure development projects are intended to improve municipal services and urban amenities in the Amangarh locality. The tender documents are available through the FPADS (Federal Public Assistance Distribution System) portal and can be downloaded from the official PPRA website and KP-PPRA website. Bids must be submitted through single-stage single-envelope procedures with sealed envelopes containing technical and financial proposals.
Eligible bidders must possess relevant registration with the Government contractors registered with PEC or equivalent professional engineering bodies. Bidders are required to furnish bid security as per contractual terms outlined in the tender documents. All mandatory criteria for bid selection, including evidence of financial stability and technical capacity, must be demonstrated by the closing date. The last date for electronic bid submission is July 21, 2026, at 11:30 AM, with electronic bid opening scheduled for July 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
