Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department Office of the Executive Engineer Building Division-I Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for improvement, rehabilitation and solarization works at Jamia Masjid Abu Zar Ghafari located on Jaag Road Aslam Dheri Umar Abad in Peshawar District. This procurement is conducted under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 using the single stage two envelope e-PADS system. The estimated cost of the work is Rs.50,118 with a completion period as per work order. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA and Pakistan Engineer Council for the year 2025-26 in the relevant category and field of specialization, and must be enlisted with the C&W Department.
Eligible bidders must hold current registration with both the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013 and the Pakistan Engineer Council for works, consulting and non-consulting services as listed in Schedule-II of the procurement notification. Bid security is required at two percent of the engineer's estimate with stamp duty, with additional security provisions applicable for bids submitted below the engineer's estimate. Bidders quoting up to ten percent below estimate submit two percent bid security; those quoting ten to twenty percent below must submit eight percent additional security in addition to the two percent bid security; and those bidding more than twenty percent below must provide additional security equal to the differential amount with detailed rate analysis.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the www.eprocure.gov.pk website before the opening date. Bidders must submit a cash deposit receipt from a scheduled bank for the bidding entry fee of zero point zero three percent of the estimated cost without fail for each bid. The last date for submission of bids is twenty-first July 2026 at twelve noon hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at twelve thirty hours. All bidders are required to download tender documents and complete bid solicitation sets from the electronic procurement portal, and all previous orders and regulations regarding additional security shall remain applicable to this procurement.
