The Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of services related to revamping, renovation, beautification and modernization of an existing hall for the establishment of a command center under the ADP Scheme. The tender also covers development of a Management Information System for the Social Welfare Department across Punjab for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 20,000,000 with a bid security requirement of PKR 400,000 at two percent. This project falls under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) scheme and aims to enhance facilities and operational capabilities across the province.
Eligible bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders are required to submit bid security of two percent of the estimated cost, equivalent to PKR 400,000.
