Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors for maintenance coating of PSO's 20 inch diameter tanker discharge line at the Oil Installation Area in Keamari, Sindh. The project is referenced as tender number OP-19623-SRR and will be procured through the SAP Ariba portal using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders must have adequate past relevant experience in similar maintenance and coating work along with demonstrated financial capabilities to undertake this specialized installation work.
Eligible contractors must possess a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) certificate in the C-6 or above category in the relevant field of specialization for coating and maintenance work. Bidders are required to meet all technical and financial qualification criteria as specified in the tender documents. The bid submission process is conducted entirely through the SAP Ariba e-procurement platform to ensure transparency and compliance with international standards.
Bid documents are available for collection and submission from 29 June 2026 until 14 July 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM through the SAP Ariba portal. Interested suppliers must submit a scanned copy of a duly signed and stamped request letter on official letterhead mentioning the tender reference number OP-19623-SRR. The final bid submission deadline is 14 July 2026 at 02:15 PM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 03:00 PM. Commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated separately to technically qualified bidders only.
