Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors for maintenance coating of PSO's 20 inch diameter tanker discharge line at the Oil Installation Area in Keamari, Sindh. The project is referenced as tender number OP-19623-SRR and will be procured through the SAP Ariba portal using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders must have adequate past relevant experience in similar maintenance and coating work along with demonstrated financial capabilities to undertake this specialized installation work.
Eligible contractors must possess a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) certificate in the C-6 or above category in the relevant field of specialization for coating and maintenance work.
