Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, invites sealed bids for the procurement of CCTV cameras as per the detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This is an item-wise procurement tender under a single stage one envelope procedure. The tender reference number is LP/T-4178/26/FA. Bidders are required to submit bids in accordance with the technical specifications and schedule of requirements outlined in Section V of the bidding documents. The procurement is open to eligible bidders from Pakistan and other eligible countries as specified in Section IV. Brand names mentioned in the tender document should be read in conjunction with the word "Equivalent", allowing for submissions of equivalent products meeting the specified technical requirements. One bidder may submit up to two options only.
Bidders must meet the eligibility and qualification criteria as detailed in Form 2 of the bidding documents and must provide complete specifications, brochures, and technical data sheets showing the brand and detailed specifications of the equipment proposed. All pages of the bid document must be duly signed and stamped by the bidder. Earnest money must be deposited as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. Unsuccessful bidders will have their earnest money returned within five days of the Final Evaluation Report being posted on EPADS and PPRA. Performance security will be required from the successful bidder before contract award.
