The Walton Cantonment Board, Lahore, invites sealed bids for the bulk procurement of medicines for the financial year 2026-27. This tender seeks qualified pharmaceutical suppliers and authorized distributors to supply medicinal products to the WCB Dispensary on a bulk basis with competitive discounts offered on the manufacturer's recommended retail price (MRP). The procurement is for the period of the full financial year 2026-27 and is located in Walton Cantonment, Lahore, Punjab. Bidders are required to offer unconditional discount or rebate on retail price in percentage terms for the supply of fresh batch medicines with long expiry dates of not less than 02 years from the date of supply.
Eligibility requirements include possession of a valid Income Tax Registration Certificate, Professional Tax Certificate, FBR Registration Certificate, and Active Taxpayer List status. Bidders must provide a valid Authorized Distribution Certificate or Authorized Manufacturing License, along with the CNIC of the contractor or proprietor. A valid Drug License issued by the relevant pharmaceutical authority must be attached to the bid. Bidders are required to submit an undertaking certificate on stamp paper confirming acceptance of all WCB terms and conditions. A call deposit of Rs. 500,000 payable to the Cantt Executive Officer, Walton Cantt, is mandatory for bid security.
Bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Cantonment Executive Officer at Ahmad Baksh Road, R.A Bazar, Lahore Cantt. All supplied medicines and surgical disposables must bear a non-erasable stamp stating 'Not for Sale, WCB Dispensary use only'.
