Cantonment Board Nowshera invites public participation in an open auction for the collection and advertisement rights of digital streamers located on G.T. Road in Nowshera Cantonment, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The auction is scheduled for 20 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with an alternative date of 21 July 2026 if required. The digital streamer is offered as a single lot with a reserve price of PKR 28,00,000. This procurement represents a significant revenue generation opportunity for local advertisers and media companies seeking high-visibility advertising placements in the cantonment area.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan and must not be defaulters of any government organization, particularly Nowshera Cantonment Board. Interested firms and companies are required to deposit earnest money of PKR 1,40,000 (5% of reserve price) in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan or a foreign bank with counter guarantee from a Pakistani scheduled bank in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer. The firm's representative must possess an original CNIC and proper authority letter to participate in the auction.
The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the highest bid including earnest money at the fall of hammer via crossed cheque, with a pay order submitted on the next working day. The remaining 75% shall be deposited in three equal quarterly installments supported by post-dated cheques. The bidder must execute a written agreement with the Cantonment Board before installation and is responsible for all installation costs, electrical connection expenses, and structural compliance certification. A grace period of two months is granted for installation. The advertiser must display national videos on specified national occasions and maintain the structure and surroundings in proper condition.
