Description / Scope of Work
IESCO invites bids for shifting of power transformers required for replacement of a damaged 10/13 MVA power transformer (T-2) at the 132KV Grid Station Chaint under the IESCO system in Islamabad, Federal Territory. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under National Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process. The project falls under system constraints and involves specialized transportation and handling of electrical equipment at a critical grid infrastructure facility. The tender reference is NCB-278 with a closing date of 21 July 2026.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to demonstrate relevant experience in power transformer shifting operations, appropriate technical capacity, and valid registration with competent authorities. Bidders must provide evidence of past experience with similar projects, safety certifications, and operational capability. A bid security declaration is mandatory, and bidders are required to sign the integrity pact as part of submission requirements.
