Description / Scope of Work
The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites bids through E-PADS for the supply of integrated whiteboard media wall systems for classrooms and laboratories. The tender reference is UOR/PD/2025-26/26 with an estimated cost of PKR 2,730,000. The items shall be supplied and delivered on DDP basis to the University of Rasul located in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab, strictly in accordance with required specifications, approved samples, site dimensions, and all bidding document requirements. The scope includes MS fabrication, interior wall paneling, PVC paneling, furniture and fixture items, and finishing materials for integrated media wall solutions suitable for educational environments.
Bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized dealers with relevant experience in MS fabrication and interior wall paneling. All bidders must be duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bid security of PKR 54,600 (equivalent to 2% of estimated cost) is required in the form of CDR, bank draft, pay order, or bank guarantee in favor of the Treasurer, University of Rasul. A scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format must be uploaded with the online bid submission, and a hard copy must be submitted to the Directorate of Purchase and Store before bid opening.

Bids must be submitted through E-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) with closing date and time of 15-07-2026 till 02:00 PM and opening on the same day at 02:30 PM. Bid validity is 30 days.
