Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab Head Office in Lahore invites bids from qualified contractors for renovation work at the Haryawala Branch located on G.T. Road By Pass in Gujrat, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 13,002,544.00 with a tender reference number ABEP-2026. The scope includes construction and renovation activities at the branch facility to be completed within 45 days from issuance of the work order. The project is being procured through the centralized procurement department following PPRA rules and single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure.
Bidders must be registered contractors capable of executing renovation and construction works. A call deposit (bid security) of two percent, amounting to Rs. 260,051, must be submitted in a sealed envelope in favor of The Bank of Punjab. All bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes such as GST and income tax. Bids that do not comply with specifications, terms and conditions, or fail to include required taxes will be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
Bid documents may be obtained free of cost from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the E-Pads portal by 17 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. The call deposit must be physically delivered to the Head Centralized Procurement office at BOP Tower, 1st Floor, 10-B Block E/II, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore by the same deadline. Technical bids will be opened on 17 July 2026 at 11:30 AM.
