Description / Scope of Work
The Children's Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for a framework agreement to supply medical gases on a day-to-day basis throughout the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement covers life-saving medical gases required for continuous hospital operations, including Sundays and public holidays, in Lahore, Punjab. Bidders are required to submit their proposals following the single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended), with technical and financial proposals submitted separately. The bid security shall be equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of bank draft, bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, demand draft, pay order or banker's cheque.
Eligible bidders must be local manufacturers, sole agents, or authorized distributors with strong technical, financial and managerial capabilities demonstrating experience in supplying medical gases to healthcare institutions. Bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and possess relevant registration with tax authorities and regulatory bodies. All goods must originate from eligible sources and include related services such as transportation and insurance. Bids must be submitted online on or before 18-07-2026 at 11:00 a.m. through the e-PADS portal, with hard copies not required.
