The Children's Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences, located on Ferozepur Road in Lahore, Punjab, is issuing a framework contract tender for the supply of laboratory kits, chemicals, and laboratory chemical items on a reagent rental basis for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This procurement is designed to support the hospital's laboratory operations with a flexible supply arrangement where reagents and chemicals are provided on a rental model rather than outright purchase, allowing for cost-effective management of laboratory consumables and specialized testing materials. The scope encompasses various laboratory kits and chemical items required for diagnostic and research purposes throughout the financial year.
Eligible bidders must be registered companies or suppliers legally authorized to conduct business in Pakistan with proven experience in supplying laboratory chemicals and kits to healthcare institutions. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bidding documents and must comply with all eligibility and qualification requirements outlined in the Instructions to Bidders section. Suppliers should possess appropriate certifications and licenses for handling and distributing laboratory chemicals, and provide evidence of previous similar supply contracts with recognized healthcare or research facilities.
