Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Bahawalnagar invites tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for the execution of thirteen infrastructure and water supply projects across Bahawalnagar district in Punjab. The works include provision and laying of tuff tile, sewerage basti infrastructure, water supply pipe lines, construction of soling and culverts, drainage systems, and sullage carrier installations. The estimated bid costs range from Rs. 1,127,152,00 to Rs. 5,327,300, with total project values exceeding Rs. 48 million. All projects are located in Bahawalnagar district and surrounding tehsils including Chakbeli, Moza Peera Metla, Basti Kokara, Mouza Noor Jahaniyan, and various other locations within the district.
Contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in categories C6 and above, CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, FBR, and PPRA, with registrations valid for the financial year 2025-26. Participants are required to register on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eproc.net.gov.pk) and upload earnest money in the form of CDR at five percent of the estimated cost before the tender opening. Submission of false information or fake documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting from future PHE Department tenders. A performance guarantee will be required from the successful bidder as per PPRA regulations.
Bid documents must be uploaded on the Punjab PPRA website before the deadline of 30 September 2026. Contractors may attend the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Bahawalnagar near Full Fordwah on 18 July 2026 at 01:00 PM for bid retrieval and submission. The tender opening will occur at 02:00 PM on the same date in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. All bid rates must be quoted in figures without percentages, and incomplete financial bids will be deemed non-responsive. Bid security documents must be submitted on the opening date itself or the bid will be disqualified.
