Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) is inviting competitive sealed bids for the procurement of a Quick Thawing Bath under tender reference PRO/87/2026. This procurement is intended to support the institute's laboratory and research operations in Punjab province. The bidding document outlines detailed technical specifications and evaluation criteria for the supply of the equipment, with submission deadline set for July 16, 2026.
Eligible bidders must be registered companies or suppliers authorized to import and supply medical laboratory equipment. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. All documentation must establish the bidder's eligibility, financial stability, and technical capability to deliver the goods. Equipment must comply with international standards and meet the technical specifications outlined in Section III of the bidding documents. PKLI & RC reserves the right to conduct post-qualification checks and performance guarantee verification before contract award.
Bid documents are available from the procuring agency and may be obtained by interested parties upon request. Sealed bids must be submitted at the designated office on or before July 16, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly on the same date, and evaluation will follow the technical evaluation criteria and knockdown criteria specified in Section IV. Bidders should direct clarification requests to the procuring agency in writing. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated and qualified bidder, subject to compliance with all terms and conditions of the General Conditions of Contract.
