Municipal Committee Choa Saiden Shah invites e-bids from eligible contractors and firms for the execution of three major construction and development works in Chakwal District, Punjab. The projects include renovation and construction of a park at Municipal Committee premises with an estimated cost of Rs. 9,961,000, construction of a WELCOME monument at Minhala By Pass Chowk valued at Rs. 4,986,000, and construction of a Pixel LED Lighting Tower with allied works at Milad Chowk estimated at Rs. 4,420,000. The combined project scope aims to enhance infrastructure and public spaces in Choa Saiden Shah, with detailed specifications and technical requirements provided in the respective bid schedules and memoranda of work accompanying this tender notice.
Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS, FBR, and Punjab Revenue Authority with Active Filer status holding valid NTN and PNTN certificates. Contractors and firms must submit bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Choa Saiden Shah. Insurance bonds are not acceptable. All bidders are required to submit hard copies of bid security documents to the Municipal Committee office by 11:00 AM on the closing date for verification. Fake, forged, or misleading documents will result in disqualification, blacklisting, and referral to PPRA and PEC for legal action.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through e-PADS portal in PDF format before 21.07.2026 at 11:25 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:55 AM. Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure is adopted. Bidders shall quote item-wise rates against each BOQ item with rates in both figures and words, and bids must be properly signed and stamped. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening.
